About our employees:

At Prospect Community Early Education and Care we pride ourselves on having quality Educators and above ratio staffing. 80% of our Educators are Diploma trained or higher. All our Assistant Educators hold the Certificate III or are undertaking formalised training to obtain this qualification.


Our Educators all hold current qualifications in Apply First Aid, Anaphylaxis (3hr) and Asthma (3hr).


Educators receive ongoing training across the year and the centre closes one day per year for everyone to come together and train as a team.


Educators have participated in numerous workshops and training including:

Catholic Super Early Childhood Service of the Year - SA/NT 2015



Kerri is the Director of Prospect Community Early Education and Care. Kerri commenced at the service in September 2006.

Kerri holds several Qualifications in relation to Early Childhood Education and Development including:

Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services) Social Health

Graduate Diploma of Social Science -Child Development

Diploma of Early Education and Care Services

Advanced Diploma and Diploma of Children's Services



Early Childhood Teacher

Ranjana is the Early Childhood Teacher in the service and shares the role of Educational Leader with Kerri. Ranjana has been a part of the service since joining our former OSHC programme in 1991. Ranjana commenced full time in our Kindy Room in September 2013.

Ranjana has a Bachelor in Early Education and a firm interest in Sustainability and creative expression.
